Calling Cards are a well-known prepaid telecom product. They can be used from any country where a freephone access number is available.

Home Accounts are similar to calling cards, but are for regular customers. They support features such as automated account recognition and monthly statements.

Call back can be used Worldwide, where no freephone service is available from that country. There are many different variants, including DDI callback, CLI callback, Internet callback, SMS callback and callback calling cards.

Carrier Pre-Select is a replacement of the client's entire phone service. No prefix or access numbers are required. This service is only available to BT customers in the UK.

Toll-free Numbers allow you to have a presence in another country. Callers to your toll-free number will be forwarded to your registered number, anywhere in the World.

Call Shops are similar to (and often combined with) Internet Cafes. Customers make their calls and pay before leaving.
